Our Team

Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University College London and a Master’s degree in European Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. She later passed the Bar examination at the University of Law with Distinction. Emma began her career in corporate and commercial law and has additional experience in investment fraud, serious commercial fraud, and FCA regulatory compliance. She brings a cross-border perspective to her work, and has a particular interest in offshore trusts.

Emma is fluent in Slovak and Czech, advanced in German, and is currently learning Russian and French. She competed internationally in academic debate for eight years.
