Our Team

Rumen holds a Law LLB and an MSc in Law & Finance from Queen Mary, University of London, as well as the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP University of Law (Holborn). He has been involved in a range of complex commercial and corporate cases, including working on a high-profile (£150m), unfair prejudice petition and Part 7 claim, involving one of the UK’s largest, pharmaceutical companies. This experience has defined his corporate law and litigation skills, as well as his commercial law knowledge and practical experience.

Rumen is particularly interested in the intersection of law, business and financial regulation and is committed to delivering a clear, strategic support across a wide range of client matters.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.
